It’s our birthday and we’re proud to turn 8 today! Cake just seems fitting for such an occasion. It seems like it wasn’t that long ago when our CEO, Grant Archibald, founded EmbroidMe here in New Zealand.
EmbroidMe Celebrates Success at Australasian ExpoThe 12th Australasian Expo was held in Adelaide in October. With over 200 delegates and speakers from the United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand, the 4 day event involved a formal conference programme, private trade show, along with social events.
CEO Grant Archibald reported to the NZ delegates that same store group sales for the 6 months ended September 2013 were up 15% over the same period in 2012.
The EmbroidMe store in Hamilton is now under new ownership. Antony and Toni Joll have purchased the business and relocated it to be beside their existing Speedy Signs business at 4 King Street. the Jolls are the 3rd such Speedy Signs owners to acquire an EmbroidMe franchise.
The latest location in the EmbroidMe network has opened at 110 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket.
Owned and operated by John and Jo McCaughan the new location features the latest embroidery and digital printing equipment as well a showroom stocked full of the latest samples of apparel.
New Sales RecordLast month saw EmbroidMe East Tamaki post the highest individual sales record for the NZ network.
Local owner, Wayne Strong reports that his sales are up 52% on the same quarter last year which has been a great way to celebrate the store's 5th year anniversary.
EmbroidMe Rotorua OpensThe latest location in the EmbroidMe network has opened in Rotorua. The new store at 1198 Arawa Street is owned and operated by Richard Haigh and Darren Burborough who also own Speedy Signs Rotorua. The store features full digital printing capabilities in addition to traditional embroidery services.
